Day 1 of Whole30 Elimination Diet

Is this another diet? Well, sort of. It's an elimination diet, where you cut out foods that commonly cause allergies and then gradually reintroduce them to see if you notice any difference. I tried but it seems impossible to follow the guidelines 100%...the bacon we had was created with sugar. How discouraging! I am starving but not letting myself eat what I crave...cheese or Greek yogurt...

 Let's see if I can make it through tonight without starving...

Oh and the credit for the phrase "your journey matters" goes to Courtney Carver and her book Soulful Simplicity, where it jumped out at me.
